Registration for study at the Institute of Practical Theology does not involve complicated formal procedures or competitive academic selection. The admission process is simple and consists of three steps.
Step 1. Completing the Application Form
The first step is to complete the application form. The information provided helps the administration better understand your spiritual journey, motivation, educational background, and expectations regarding the program. This information may later influence the content, format, and presentation of the course.
No specific level of formal or theological education is required for admission. The Institute does not conduct entrance examinations and does not use the application form as a tool for academic selection. The program is intended for members of local churches who seek thoughtful spiritual growth, development in ministry, and a deeper understanding of practical theology.
Step 2. Submitting the Application and Preliminary Review
After completing the form, please send it to the instructor (E-mail: varnava.institute@gmail.com). In some cases, clarification of certain responses or a brief personal interview may be requested. The purpose of such communication is to become personally acquainted with you and to gain a clearer understanding of your expectations and your current level of familiarity with theology and the basic doctrines of the Christian faith.
Step 3. Confirmation of Participation and Beginning of Study
After the application has been reviewed, you will receive confirmation regarding your participation in the selected course, along with further instructions concerning access to learning materials, the format of study, and other organizational details. From that point, you may begin the program according to the proposed curriculum.
Confidentiality and Responsibility
All information provided in the application form is treated as confidential. The data is used solely for the educational and administrative purposes of the Institute and is not shared with third parties. Access to application materials is limited to those responsible for the educational and mentoring process.
